9. Beverages

As mentioned earlier, you need to drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated, but also try to avoid drinking soda, coffee, or tea because of their acidic nature. You may not feel like you need that morning coffee, but you probably have more of an upset stomach than you think. If you can’t live without caffeine or soda, then try decaf coffee or diet coke instead of the regular versions because they contain far less acidity.
